N\u00eb zon\u00ebn nd\u00ebrkufitare, nevojitej prej koh\u00ebsh nj\u00eb angazhim i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb adresuar munges\u00ebn e aksesit ndaj monumenteve t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme natyrore dhe kulturore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst, u zhvilluan nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb aktivitetesh dhe produktesh p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e produkteve turistike dhe sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb lidhura me to, duke zhvilluar zonat e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb dhe duke p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar aksesueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e tyre p\u00ebr personat me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara dhe l\u00ebvizshm\u00ebri t\u00eb reduktuar. Nd\u00ebrhyrjet e b\u00ebra n\u00eb Berat dhe Pindos synojn\u00eb t&#8217;i shnd\u00ebrrojn\u00eb k\u00ebto dy zona me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb madhe kulturore dhe natyrore n\u00eb destinacione model n\u00eb rajon p\u00ebr turizmin e aksesuesh\u00ebm, duke p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar aksesin universal n\u00eb infrastruktur\u00eb, sh\u00ebrbimet e komunikimit dhe informacionit, dhe s\u00eb fundi duke kontribuar n\u00eb ekonomin\u00eb, p\u00ebrfshirjen sociale dhe q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e rajonit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00ebto veprime synojn\u00eb gjithashtu t\u00eb t\u00ebrheqin nj\u00eb segment t\u00eb tregut t\u00eb turizmit, i cili deri tani nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb sh\u00ebrbyer si\u00e7 duhet, por q\u00eb gjithsesi \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb zhvillim; at\u00eb t\u00eb turist\u00ebve me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara dhe l\u00ebvizshm\u00ebri t\u00eb reduktuar n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt mund t\u00eb shijojn\u00eb nj\u00eb eksperienc\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb dhe t\u00eb paharrueshme turistike dhe t\u00eb kontribuojn\u00eb edhe n\u00eb ekonomit\u00eb vendase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Karakteristikat e ve\u00e7anta t\u00eb zon\u00ebs nd\u00ebrkufitare dhe burimet e saj natyrore dhe kulturore justifikojn\u00eb vizionin p\u00ebr t&#8217;a kthyer k\u00ebt\u00eb zon\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb destinacion t\u00ebrheq\u00ebs turistik p\u00ebr personat me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara dhe t\u00eb moshuarit. Duke pasur parasysh munges\u00ebn aktuale t\u00eb standardeve komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb, produktet e zhvilluara mb\u00ebshtesin t\u00eb dy vendet p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar akses n\u00eb trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb e pasur natyrore dhe kulturore n\u00eb nivel komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bashkia e Beratit ishte nj\u00eb nga bashkit\u00eb e para n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri q\u00eb p\u00ebrfitoi nga nj\u00eb projekt i till\u00eb, por shpresojm\u00eb t\u00eb arrijm\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapim t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin model t\u00eb zbatuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb bashki n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin, duke e paraqitur si nj\u00eb praktik\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe t\u00eb nevojshme q\u00eb siguron aksesueshm\u00ebri p\u00ebr personat me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara dhe me
