Aft\u00ebsimin e organizatave rinore p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmbushjen e misionit t\u00eb tyre; 2. Funksionimin e organizatat rinore si p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb grupeve q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb; 3.
