Art4ALL: IMPROVING CULTURAL ACCESSIBILITY ACROSS BORDERS

Art4All is a cross-border initiative working in Italy, Albania, and Montenegro to remove the physical, informational, and practical barriers that still prevent many people, especially persons with disabilities, from fully participating in cultural life. The project delivers a practical package of solutions: mapping and gap analysis, inclusive cultural tools, staff training on accessibility and inclusive communication, and community consultations and participatory workshops so people with disabilities help shape what is developed, while adapting proven accessibility approaches to local realities.

By the end of the project, partners will produce clear reports, training kits, a multilingual accessible toolkit, promotional videos, and a final cultural accessibility and inclusion event report, alongside an Art4All MoU to sustain cooperation beyond the project. Beneficiaries include persons with disabilities, cultural institutions, public authorities, NGOs, schools, artists, and the wider public through more inclusive cultural programmes and stronger community cohesion.
