Training Delivery and Module Preparation for Local Government units on the Service of Public Procurements
The strategy for the Decentralization of Local Government is under full implementation in Albania. Its implementation requires other legislation to be produced, strengthen of central and local institutions and increase the capacities and service delivery effectiveness at the level of local government units. UNDP Local Governance Program funded corresponds with the momentum in which the implementation of the decentralization strategy requires the attention and support of all stakeholder involved in the process.
